Alcos boasts a long experience in multi-storey structures since 1969.
Alcos has many years’ experience in the field of multi-storey structures (starting in 1969). Kindergartens, schools, buildings for civil use with up to 14 floors, office buildings of a volume of up to 100,000 m3, hotels in Italy and Ireland – a broad range of precasting solutions are adopted.
Alcos multi-storey structures are integrated with antiseismic stairwells and lift shafts, foundation retaining walls, and beams for parapets and balconies. Alcos has all the solutions required for the reinforced concrete structures of buildings.
Thanks to its production flexibility and its ability to independently produce metal moulds for special products, Alcos is in a position to provide solutions which meet many of the architectonic-structural needs of our clients.
Alcos collaborated in the construction of Europe’s largest underground car park: 64,000 m2 all underground (San Raffaele Segrate Hospital – Milan). In this work Alcos built 16 m high walls against the ground, lift stairwells, multi-storey driveway helical ramps, curved and helical beams, flat and helical slabs.
Thanks to the marked versatility of its solutions, Alcos figures as an all-round concern capable of producing precast components providing comprehensive solutions to the most complex problems.
