Aesthetic/structural raising of the main pier Yacht area of St. Raphael Harbor.
Each ashlar, out of square by 5 cm on the curved side, is laid side by side with the others by horizontal male/female connection and grouted to the port pile with cement castings in the hollow area of the block. Including supplementary reinforcement to the cast-in-place, the ashlars provide blockage to storm surges, protecting the mooring area from waves by raising the breakwaters by 150 cm.
